For all visitors to access your website, it needs to have an address – a domain name. If you’ve registered a domain name at, it’s automatically pointed to your hosting account to a shared server and no further actions are required. However, if you’ve bought a VPS server or a dedicated server and have decided to use a domain name that’s registered with a 3rd party registrar, you’ll need to point it to your server depending on which server you are hosted on.

  • Basically all VPS and Dedicated servers have its internal DNS system and easily configured by our technical suppport for you at the start of the server setup process.
